Beginner Question

I tried to do a Hello World tutorial, but when I click on Build and Run after I followed all the steps, I get an error saying "cannot open output file bin\Debug\First Program.exe Permission denied"

And the tutorial I'm using doesn't say what to do if you have an error.

Any help would be appreciated.
