I'm using Croatian keyboard layout and when I try to input greater sign ">" in the editor it does nothing.
I've tried switching to other keyboard layouts like ( U.S. international ) and everything worked perfectly fine.
I've also tried keeping the Croatian keyboard layout but changing through few encodings but it didn't work.

I'd like to keep the Croatian keyboard so please assist me in solving this problem.

Thanks.

Have you tried playing with Settings->Environment...->View->Internationalization?

(I only have experience with using U.S. keyboards, so this is a shot in the dark.)

d13k

Tried it and it didn't solve the problem.

Any other ideas?

( Every other program is working fine, it's just this one. )

Did you ensure the file uses a different/right encoding? (You can see the encoding in the status bar.)

My browser uses UTF-8 encoding so I tried changing it to that one but it didn't help.
I've tried several encodings but unfortunately none of them worked.

But I've managed to discover one thing and that is when I try to input greater sign
in the command part of the Script Console surprisingly it works.

I've fixed the problem.

There was a shortcut that used "CTRL-ALT-." and after removing it everything worked.

Good to know. I assume the ">" is on the "." key on you keyboard layout?

You could add this information to the WiKi (FAQ) so it doesn't get lost. Such things are hard to track... as you've seen.
