need link for plugin download

I've been all over this site and separately on google for an hour looking for a page to download the keyboard shortcuts plugin.  I've seen at least a dozen pages including the wiki (which doesn't have any links that take you off the wiki site, only to other wiki pages) with descriptions or comments but no links to the plugin.

Any help is appreciated.

Run the installer again; read the choices; choice to install the extra contrib plugins.

If that does not work; state the info needed to help you.

Tim,

worked great.  In the Manage Plugins window, the button "Install new" had me looking for a file to download and install.

I saw where the Wiki page for plugins says "Notice that the installer / package manager might require you to enable some of the plugins specifically."  Didn't think to re-install though.
