code for RC2 can be found at main website, and you can find there also information to retrieve the code from svn

SVN retrieval procedure can be found here: http://www.codeblocks.org/source_code.shtml. You have to install Subversion (http://subversion.tigris.org) client on your machine.

You can use TortoiseSVN to check out (and update) the SVN C::B source code. TortoiseSVN is easy to use.
