Look at 'Keyboard shortcuts' plugin.

Then configure what you want in Editor settings.

Any other ideas please?

I can't find how to assign a shortcut for the AStyle function, in which group is it?

You can't unfortunately, because it doesn't add any menu entries in the main menu.
