Windows 8 Help

In my computer programming class we have started using Code::Blocks and SDL2, and I would like to start working on my assignment from home, but I'm getting errors and have no idea what's wrong.  I have not added SDL2 yet, the problems are with Code::Blocks.

The errors are for my directories, example:
iostream: no such file or directory.

Did I download the wrong version, or does Code::Blocks not work for Windows 8? I downloaded the "codeblocks-13.12mingw-setup.exe" files.

If you need to know anything else, please ask.
