Problem with the compilation

Hello,

I begin the C and I have a problem on code blocks..
When i try to compil and run my file, it say:
" It seems that this project has not been built yet. Do you want to built it now ? "
When i do Yes or No it does nothing.
Please help me !!

Do you have a Compiler installed?
And, Code::Blocks is NOT a compiler!
