Simple Plugin Tutorial? (for Ubuntu)

I am not new in using Ubuntu OS and Im planning now to create a CodeBlocks plugin that runs in Ubuntu OS.
Is there any prerequisite/step by step tutorial in developing codeblocks plugins?
