Widgets inside Plugin Project

I will apologized, maybe there are some is annoyed on my many questions, but i believe you have a good heart guys. 

So, I will ask again.
Is there any way to create a widgets inside the plugin project?
Is that possible or something?

What do you mean by widget? If you mean a gui than yes. Take a look at nearly all plugins for reference.

ooh! Sorry for the ambiguity. Yes, what i mean on that is the GUI.,
Can you provide please any link to look for all the codeblocks plugin source codes if there any?
