No new files made in src and include folder when a new class is created.

Hello,

Whenever I click "create new class" and fill in a class name, it displays the two new files in the IDE but when I try to compile it says there there is no such file or directory. When I look into the folder structure there is nothing in the src or include folder. Just a day ago it worked fine. Did I accidentally change a setting?
