Never Show This Dialog Box Again (Want it back)

For the "Rebuild" option it used to ask me if I was sure I wanted to rebuild everything, but at some point I told it not to ask me anymore. How can I re-enable that?

In CB 13.12; likely the same in other versions.

Settings -> Environment
Select "Disable Dialogs" in left pane.
