Where do I change the default storage path for C::B Projects?

I don't want my projects stored as Windows Documents.  However I want to store all projects under CB projects.  How do I do that? I would prefer not to store my xxx.Cpp files under Win. Doc. either. Is there a way to do this in C::B? How?

The path for new projects remembers the last used path (at least for me). So start a new project in your desired path and the consecutive projects will use that path for starters. I cannot comment on the latter.
