Unable to Build and Run

I am running Code::Blocks version 16.01 on Windows 10 Pro 32bits (I also tried on Win10 x64, Windows 7 x86 & x64, and also Windows XP).

When I click on "Build" or "Build and Run", it doesn't work.

Description: When I tried to build it, it doesn't work. It doesn't do anything, nothing happened, nothing appear. But when I run the code which already have the Execute(.exe) file, it can run fine, simply fine by "F9". So I think the problem is that it can build that's why...
