Environment error - Message error when open the codeblocks

Hello;

I have some problem, when I open the environment of code blocks, shows the message:Environment error "Can't finder compiler executable in your configured search path's GNU GCC compiler". (The image of message error is in attachments)

I 'm not getting to do programation with that.

How can I resolve this one?
