SpellChecker plugin project file error

Hi.

Just to mention that the project files for 64 bits versions of the SpellChecker plugin have a few problem : the "$(WX_CFG)" part is missing in the wxWidgets lib dir line :

• SpellChecker_wx30_64.cbp : line 58
• SpellChecker_wx31_64.cbp : line 38

Attached are patches to correct this.
