Hello,

Recently, I have installed Borland and DM compilers. Anyway, I have had troubles with the auto-detect functionality. It did not work. It displayed a message saying that it cannot find the installation path. And this even if I select personally the correct repository and then I pressed auto-detect.

Is this functionality broken or do I miss something?

Thank you very much.

Best wishes,
Michael

PS.: This happen to me with MinGW too (installed in c:\Programme\MinGW).

If i recall correctly, this didn't work with RC2 too, and i have MinGW in ProgramFiles too. Maybe this feature only search in default paths, eg c:\mingw.

With RC2, I am not sure, but with RC1 and RC1.1, it worked (if I remember correctly :)). At least for MinGW and M$ Toolkit 2003.
