Hii,
i hav an os windows xp and a 10.05 C::B version,but the problem is :
how to configure it well n order to execute c and c++ programms

Such generic question could only be answered by the documentation and the wiki.

Also 10.05 is something like 10 years old. There is a bit newer version - 17.12 ;)
