How to use a nightly build

I downloaded the last nightly build (9 march 2019) in order to fix some problems I get with the debugger. I unzipped it, but the DLLs mentioned in the procedure to use the build are not in the files I got from the zip. Namely, they are wxmsw28u_gcc_cb.dll and mingwm10.dll.
So, I don't know what to do now.

Every night build topic contains a link to the correct dlls. These dlls are used in older night builds.
