Can't start CodeBlocks 20.03

Hi,

I work on Windows 7 32-bits.

I have successfully installed codeblocks 20.03 (32-bits). But when I started it, I got an error message titled "Entry Point Not Found" saying that "_o__configure_narrow_argv" couldn't be located in the dynamic link library "api_ms_win_crt_private_l1-1-0.dll".

I tried installing VC++ redistributable (2015) but it didn't work.

The previous version of codeblocks 17.12 works fine.

I appreciate any help.
