code blocks won't start

I installed code blocks, but I get entry point not found

The procedure entry point _o__initialize_narrow_environment could not be located in yhe dynamic link library api-ms-win-cry-private-l1-1-0.dll.
I have the dll on my pc

I am using 64bit windows 7

This is new. What build are you using 32 or 64 bit? If you're using the 32 bit build, please try with the 64bit build.
