Editor tweaks: How to use aligner?

I would like to use the Aligner function, which is now part of the Editor Tweaks plungin – but how to use it? I can't find any hints in the menu and also absolutely no help information on this topic.

Select text in the editor and use one of the last two entries of the menu you showed.
There are more options in the context menu right click on selected text.
Simply right click on selected text
