Libfinder not working (hangs)

I'm trying to wrap my head around LibFinder. This seems a medial task so I must have a memory-chip dipped into the wrong epoxy or the power plugged in wrongly (as we can overhere in the EU).  :

As stated above, I don't understand the dialog but this is what I do:

- Click Scan
- Point to WxWidgets' folder
- Click Next

A dialog shows 'Waiting' and nothing happens. No CPU activity, nothing.

When clicking Stop, again nothing happens. I cannot cancel LibFinder and have to kill CB.
