Can't find codeblocks-20.03mingw-32bit-setup.exe

Hi, I have a project to create in SDL, but when I want to launch the executable, i got the error "0xC0000007b". A friend of mine had this error and managed to fix it by installing code block with 32 bit mingw. I wanted to do the same but I can't find it, as both links are dead. Can somebody help me ?
