R12723 fails to build contributed plugins on windows

R12723 fails to link in one of the wxSmith projects, I think it was in wxSmith - Contrib Items wx3.1.x (64 bit). Given what was changed in R12723, I replaced wxContribItems_wx31_64 with the R12719 variant that I happen to have, and now am able to build all the plugins. Hate to complain as I have a rather unorthodox build environment. Is anybody else seeing this?

Fixed in r12724 reverting the change to wxContribItems projects made in r12723.
