Problems in understanding code::blocks (projects, runtime parameters etc.)

Hi all, I have difficulties with some code-blocks features. Some of them I found in the forums, although the answers didn't work. I would like to communicate with somebody. As I am living in Germany (Berlin), I would prefer someone speaking German. The Problems are not in programming with C++ but in making the code-blocks project work.
