Made sourceforge ticket, but it's missing. is this normal for new tickets

I made a new ticket on Sourceforge on Jul 6, 2023 and today I went to check on the ticket and there is no open bugs since 2023-05-10, my ticket does not exist under open tickets, and i haven't been contacted by an automated email or human. (I checked the other categories and the best i could find was one updated 4 days ago.)

I was wondering how the system worked, does someone need to verify or duplicate the error or something before it becomes visible on sourceforge ?

There is no trace of a recent ticket (opened, closed or deleted), probably you did not click on Post after writing it.
