Bounty: Implement flexible toolbar

If any of you guys has the time, we'd love to have a new implementation of a toolbar that allows for multiple lines, and is flexible (i.e. resizable groups).

This is to solve the "target combo is too small" bug.

My idea is to use wxSashLayoutWindow's for the toolbar groups. It's not an easy project, and you can, if you wish, post it as a separate project at sourceforge.

Currently we have no alternative for wxToolbar, and having a good one wouldn't be bad at all.

Of course - this seems to be a major project in itself, it's completely optional but would be appreciated.
