can't register! bug?

I cannot register on a forum -- everything goes by OK but I don't receive a mail with password. Password recovery page didn't help either. (

I had the same problem i had to email mandrave you can find his email on sourceforge.net.  Look for the codeblock project on sourceforge they will have it listted there.
