Astyle question

I have code formatting set to Linux on both Codeblocks and KDevelop. I noticed that KDevelop does not indent namespaces, whereas Codeblocks does.

Can anyone explain the difference in behaviour? And maybe identify which is at fault, Codeblocks or KDevelop?
