FR - improve folding

I just love folding and unfolding my code - it's such a boost to my workflow. Two improvements come to mind:

- shortcut keys to fold / unfold everything in the editor

- make the lines that appear when folding a block brighter preferably customizable color, so they don't take so much focus.

otherwise folding works perfectly :-)!
