Now that it is installed and I am able to run my old programs, how do I make them executable on someone else's computer?

You copy it from your pc to the others person pc

If you have used any third party library then you will need to include, if applicable, the third party DLL as well.

I would ask on the CB Fortan forum if there are any other files you need to copy if you cannot get it to run.
