To-Do list

I know its kind of dumb question but... :-)
I used to insert to-do tasks in dev-cpp by placing comments int the form: //TODO:
But it doesn´t work in codeblocks, please, how do i use this plugin?

Wherever you want to insert TODO item right click and select Add To-Do item...

then type it in the dialog box.
