Complain: Ubuntu version of CB not available

I've waited for the ubuntu version(deb package) of nightly builds of Code::Blocks for a long time, but it stopped at December 4th. I know it is not polite to complain to freesoft programmer, but I really need it. Can I urge for it?
Sorry if I am not polite, I am a Chinese, not an English native speaker, and know less about foreign polite.

Have you tried to compile Code::Blocks yourself?

Yes, I did, from SVN. However I cannot install some of the plugins the nightly-builds package provides.
