Linkify saved Build Log; DMD other options

A suggestion, make the Saved Build log clickable:

Build log saved as: C:\Documents and Settings\Pedro\Os meus documentos\Projects\IP\prjct_build_log.html

Clicking on it will open the proper program.

Lastly, on the project options, on the "Other Options" tab I added the "-Dd[path]" option (output [path] of the generated documentation) and the option jumped from "Other Options" to "#defines". It still works however.
