Need code::blocks help when I right click on a word LPT1

I need code::blocks help when I right click on a word, for example I want to know how inport and outport functions are used with codeblocks but codebloks has no help file when nothing is installed I think, I don't find how to integrate this

It shoudl be easy to find information about a word isn't it???

CodeCompletion should also help you a lot.
