CodeBlocks app does not run on my MacOSX 10.4.1

hi all,

i downloaded yesterday and tried to run CodeBlocks pre-built
of 10 April, on my MacOSX 10.4.1.

the application starts but nothing happens (i suspect it exits
immediately).

are there any pre-requisities for running the app?

You might want to try upgrading your OS first, since 10.4.1 is very old (May 16, 2005).

There are no other requirements though. Also check /Applications/Utilities/Console.app.
