Building pwlib, openh323, or opal

Does anyone know if any of these open source voip telephony libraries have been built using C::B with the mingw tool chain? The sources are provided with visual studio projects and they will build.  I have gotten close by running the ./configure under msys to generate the options file and then using C::B/mingw to build but I can't quite get everything resolved at link time.

Any help would be appreciated.
