Well as the title suggests I'm having problems with the file names being greyed out in the Project Files tree, is there a way to customise the colour or perhaps disable it completely, without modifying source?

Files that are not compiled are greyed out intentionally -- header files, for example.

I know, but is there a way to change the colours? The grey used isn't too visible and I find myself straining my eyes when navigating my files.

Sorry, it looks like there isn't a way to change it currently -- C::B just uses the system default gray text (devs: see sdk/cbproject.cpp:954). You can file a feature request on Berlios.
