Resolved Fixed:

• Removed: Redundant code
• Fixed running console-based programs in windows
• Fixed display of watches for CDB (MSVC executables)
• wxSmith: Fixed wx2.6 issues in wxToolbar
• The "Save all" button on the toolbar is now "Save all files" to avoid problems with accidental clicking ("Save all" is an irreversible action)

Regressions/Confirmed/Annoying/Common bugs:

• toolbar-images-not-changing-state (is a wx problem/Win XP problem)
