Anyone know the last release where CC didn't hide symbols from includes within includes?

wxSmith - cannot use use "Add" dialog once project is created without getting error message panel, then exits C::B
This worked about 6 weeks ago, but not after SVN update for the last few days.

Using SVN 4407 on Suse 10.2  Linux 2.6.18.8-0.5-default i686 and 2.8.4
