When adding project files to a blank workspace, the files section does not update correctly.  The project groups don't show until I click on the area in which they reside.  This is present in 1.0 RC1-1 on Windows XP.

You mean the "opened files list"?

That's bug #1256201, and it was fixed just yesterday :)
