This is a binary release of 21st November 2007 CVS snapshot; not a full release. ;)

Since last couple of weeks the GDB snapshot can be compiled for MinGW without the need of any additional patches. In fact I was using a self-compiled build for past couple of weeks.
Be a part of the solution, not a part of the problem.
