Function highlighting and Perforce integration

Hi All,

Last year I tested Code::Blocks and did not really find it to be stable. After messing with Eclipse for more than a year, I went back to Code::Blocks to take another look at it. This new version is great; it is stable and very, very fast.

I am missing some features though, but maybe I overlooked them:

- function highlighting: You can highlight a lot of items, but functions do not seem to be amongst the selectable items.
- perforce integration: I'm working with perforce and It would be great if I could check-out files from the IDE.
