Problem with wxWidget project

Hello

I have code blocks vs 5020 and I have a problem with wxWidget project.

When I chose create a new project -> wxWidget project, a window opens, and I check a button wxWidget 2.8.x, after I click in Next two times and in the new window I check wxFormBuilder and Dialog Based or Frame Based, and I click in Next. It's in this window, what I have a problem because I don't understand handling to be done.
