Welcome to the script console

I'm currently using nightly build #5087 on Ubuntu Hardy.

The scripting console window seems to popping up at random intervals -- at least I'm not intentionally doing anything to open it.

What's the best way to stop it?

Ed: For example, every time I click on view/layouts/codeblocks default, the script console pops up.  I think it also happened a couple of times without that particular sequence, but I don't remember exactly what caused it those times.
