Watcom compiler can only be used if it is installed to c:\watcom

The Code::blocks (Compiler plugin) does not seem to take any notice of the system environment settings when it comes to finding the Watcom compiler. I have found that
Code::blocks will only compile with watcom if Watcom is installed to: C:\watcom
