Dont show list

I add ListBox and TextCtrl to Frame.
When i write "ListBox1->" that show this list:

Why when i write "TextCtrl1->" this list dont show ?

yes, there are issues with code completion. Is it every time (close CB, open CB, open project, wait a little bit and tryit again) . In case it is every time could you attach the minimal project which reproduces it ?
Maybe it can help us improve.
