cbEVT_DEBUGGER_x messages.

Hi,

I recently issued a patch (id 002632) for the dispatch of cbEVT_DEBUGGER_x messages.
However, I now realise that I was not dispatching cbEVT_DEBUGGER_FINISHED from the best place. I need to modify / delete the patch and re-submit, but unsure the best way forward.

Can anyone advise?

if you use the web form to upload a new patch from the same patch record, it will replace the old one.
