Drag and drop of selected text with the mouse is to lose efficacy in svn 5363

This efficacy in the svn 5323 is ok,but I update codeblocks source to svn 5363 then drag and drop of selected text with the mouse is to lose efficacy.

My system is winxp sp2.

Should be fixed in svn r5368.

Only fixed this in scintilla test-branch before. Sorry for the inconvenience.
