code blocks not running any programs even they work

My c::b won't run any programs
every time I press build and run nothing happens
I don't get any response for some reason and i don't know why
I think it's unlikely there's something wrong with my C::B itself because it has been working completely fine for me up until now

I'm using C::B 13.12(yes i know it's old) on a Windows 10(64-bit)

Likely Anti-virus software or Windows 10 security update.

It could happen because of CB has lost its paths to "bin" folder of your compiler. Check it out. Even may be you have lost the compiler. Check compilation in command line.
